To be a successful nanny, you must possess the following and meet the following requirements:
- A Passion for Contributing to the Development of a Child
- An Genuine Love for Caring for Kids
- 18+ Years
- Australian Tax File Number or ABN
- Relevant Childcare/Nanny Experience
- WWCC/Blue Card
- Updated First Aid & CPR
- Recent Police Check
- 2 Glowing References
You must be able to fulfil the following duties. Note: not all positions may require any or all. But to qualify as a TNH Supernanny, you must be able to competently complete the following tasks:
- Adequately & Safely Care for Children (meeting the child's basic needs)
- Playing with Children (development-focused)
- Homework Help (not essential but preferred)
- Read Books (English) to Children
- Transport Children Safely (whether via car or public transport)
- Preparing Nutrition-based Meals for Children and Families
- Preparing Lunchboxes
- Perform Light Housekeeping Tasks: Emptying/Packing Dishwasher, Handwash Dishes, Wash Clothes, Hang Out Clothes, Fold Clothes, Change Kids Bed Sheets, Vacuum & Sweep
- Run Necessary Errands (Grocery Shopping, Pharmacy etc)
